Piña coladas are the ultimate summer drink. They’re fruity, frozen, and you can add alcohol to them. Add strawberries into the mix, and you have a refreshing and vibrant paradise in a glass. You’re on island time now, baby.

Popsicles are the ultimate summer treat. They are also fruity and frozen; so naturally you should pair them with a strawberry piña colada. Look no further than these 3 ingredient strawberry piña colada pops.

These are super easy to make, and you can switch out the strawberries for a different fruit of your choice, like mango, to make your favorite variation of piña coladas. All you need is pineapple, coconut milk, and strawberries (or another fruit). If you’re feeling a little bit more tropical, add some shredded coconut into your molds.

After making these a couple times, I can confirm that you should definitely mix a lot of shredded coconut into your smoothie mixture before pouring it into the molds. Don’t be shy with the coconut, it adds a much needed texture to the popsicles as well.

Whatever does not fit into your popsicle molds, you can save as a delicious and simple smoothie. Or you can slip some rum in there, I won’t judge you. You have to find some way to make the freezing time pass by, right?

Once frozen, pop the piña coladas out of their molds and take a bite of your tropical paradise, even if you just got home from taking summer courses.
